Rochester Scaffolding Co Ltd will provide a significant service and set standards parameters that will be agreed between ourselves and our clients.
In our daily structure all staff must provide identification cards, allowing each member to log their attendance at the start of their working day. They will also be checked by the Contractors Manager to confirm that they have the required Personal Protective Equipment for each task the individual undertakes.
The Contracts Manager will arrange daily visits to the site to confirm that each member of staff is fulfilling there obligations and complying with the rules and regulations set out by RSL and our clients.
A daily record sheet will be produced by the contractors Manager to confirm the progress of the assigned contract, and to ensure that each member of staff is competent and working to the HSE requirements.
Daily reports will be kept at head office by a spreadsheet system, and a weekly progress report will be discussed with the Managing Directors to clarify progression of work, service levels, amendment to work schedules, to clarify proof of compliance with our safety policy and to monitor the ability for RSL to cope with the fluctuations in workload.
Our head office will maintain and monitor the employees training certificates and conduct annual refresher training if needed. Our head office will also maintain a payroll database which enables staff to be paid accurately. This will also include close monitoring of employees sickness and holiday entitlements. Invoicing will be carried out from head office and will be prompt and accurate.
Rochester Scaffolding also employs an independent safety advisor and all employees are CISRS registered and CITB trained.
